The Rev. Kathleen Christopher
Founder & Executive Director
Kathleen is an ordained priest in the Anglican Church of North America, Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic. She served for many years as the Director of the Healing and Prayer Ministries at The Falls Church Anglican.
Kathleen has experienced first-hand the transformational power of God’s healing in her life and seen many miracles in the lives of others. She wants to bring the power of healing of body and soul through Jesus Christ to all who need it, and especially to raise up other healing ministers throughout the universal Church.
Kathleen lives in Northern Virginia with three extremely affectionate cats, gardens in her spare time and has an interest in archaeology and other arcane topics. She is the proud mother of two adult children and seven beautiful grandchildren.
DEBORAH M Torres
PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Deborah has a BBA from GWU and has enjoyed working for both profit and non-profit organizations. She has been a business analyst with Prison Fellowship Ministries and IBM, with deep experience in database management and donor/volunteer relations. Her great love is spending time with the Lord, going deeper in her own healing journey and finding God always has a solution to the toughest issues. Deborah lives in Northern VA with her husband and adult son, but you might find her perusing vintage jewelry at the local thrift store.

The Board of Directors is led by our Chair, Dan Tello. Dan's passion is for everyone to experience the healing power of the Holy Spirit. He and his wife, Rebekah, are the proud parents of five energetic boys and raising them in Falls Church, VA.
Our Vice Chair, Scott Thompson, has a special calling to intercessory prayer and international ministry and has co-authored two books on prayer in the CHI store. He and his wife, Sharon, raise honeybees in Middleburg, VA.
Treasurer Chuck Cook is administratively gifted with oversight of our resources. He and his wife, Nancy, are original founders of the Healing Prayer Ministry of The Falls Church Anglican and live in Alexandria, VA.
Elena Shipina is a cross-cultural business professional living in Alexandria, Virginia. She is passionate about healing prayer ministry and witnessing people being transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Mark Andringa and his wife, Grace, live in Chapel Hill, NC where they founded Kingdom Alignment Partners which empowers people to walk in their God-given identity and purpose. Mark helps us to focus on God's heart in our ministry.
